dually manufactured units or hiring form our extensive fleet, there

are various financial options for you to consider.

Licensed under the Customer Credit ACT, we are able to offer both product and

service flexibility.

OPTIONS TO OWN SCHEME
Pasuda can design and supply purpose built accommodation for you via our Option to Own

Scheme.

How it works? By giving you the flexibility to plan your accommodation needs in advance

without using your expenditure budget. In the examples below you can see how a monthly

invoice is sent according to the agreed term. At the end of this period a one off payment is

made via a sales invoice and ownership transferred to your company.

OPTION 1: Set weekly rate followed by final payment of £1.00

OPTION 2: A lower weekly rate followed by a larger final payment - this option can be

tailored to meet your own financial plans.

HIRE - BUY SCHEME

Hire individually designed units over an agreed period of anything from 1 to 5 years.

At the end of that time the product is sold to you at a negotiated nominal

fee. This scheme is 100% allowable against tax.

This option is now available on the smallest of single unit orders through to those for large,

complex permanent buildings. Please ask for details on any scheme requirement you may

have.

BUY BACK SCHEME

We are also willing to discuss the possibility of units being bought back or part exchange

in the future.

LEASE PURCHASE

Purchasing new accommodation over any period from 1 to 5 years, by making an agreed

monthly payment tailored to meet your needs.
