From its humble beginnings, in 1981, the company has grown to become of the U.K.’s largest independent supplier of standard and specialised products within the Industry
Our Head Office in Sandtoft, Doncaster acts as the central hub directing operations through our proven depot network to deliver the highest quality of products and services to its extensive customer base.
Customers are the most important stakeholders in our business. They are the lifeblood of our business and only by satisfying them first do we have the opportunity in rewarding other contributors.
The safety and well- being of our people, customer, suppliers or members of the public is paramount. Precise and exacting Safe Systems of Work are applied to all of our operations with client liaison and information a key priority.
OUR HISTORY
The foundation of the company was centred on the provision of Portable Units to all industry sectors. In particular we were gaining a reputation of supplying quality, affordable, new and second hand units to the construction and aggregate industries. This natural progression led to the formation and expansion of our own Hire Fleet of Units.
Despite commencing business in a recession the ensuing years show the company expand in to new premises and open its second depot. In 1989 the company’s success came to the attention of a Public Listed Company, who subsequently formulated an offer for the whole of the share capital. Whilst this offer was accepted the severe economic conditions at the time largely contributed in re-acquiring the Shares in 1992.
From 1993 onwards the company has experienced an impressive growth in its Operations. This expansion has seen significant investment in all aspects of the business.
As specialists in Modular and Portable Accommodation we recognised that the Industry requires dedicated resources for the wide variety of products available. We have therefore developed individual companies that focus on their specialist field.

The Group’s depots ensure that all of our products are available on a Nationwide Basis. Our integrated transport network ensures delivery expectations are met at highly competitive rates.
From its extensive Hire Fleet Stock the company provides a complete range of standard accommodation units.
This division of the Group operates its own fleet of crane mounted HGV’s for a first class delivery service. The company also operates its own fleet of Effluent and Water Vehicles.
